Design & build
Managing property development projects
- Main project section show users a quick status on the progress of the projects.
- Each projects has its own notes, files, users contacts and financial information that allows team members to update the client on the project status without needing to work on that specific project
- Having access to files allows the team to work on the the most up-to-date documents on the project whilst away from the office.
Recording & managing property defects
- Logging a building defect on a phone allowed the team and landlords to document an issues in a consistent and convenient manner.
- All defects could be assessed, reprioritised and managed centrally. Saving time and allowing the business to focus on the most urgent issues.
- The team could add costs to a defect issue, generate reports which gave the business oversight on repeat defects, time to fix the issues and costs to the business.
Creating sites and floorplans
- Managing the business sites allow the property team to organise sites to tailored to the businesses internal processes.
- The ability to add, edit and amend the floorplans of a site if it was in development or changed through interior design.
